Said property being at Herrick Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, known and designated by Lot No. 9 in Block No. 279 on a certain map entitled, “Map of Westwood Knolls, Section 3, situated at Herricks, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, prepared by Charles E.
