Pursuant to an Order Amending the Caption, Confirming Referee’s Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on December 12, 2018, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Nassau County Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on March 5, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 714 Covert Ave, New Hyde Park, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 33, Block 202 and Lot 218. Approximate amount of judgment is $419,972.78 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 15-185.
