NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead – Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will conduct a Zoom meeting, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 10:00am as permitted by the suspension of the NYS Open Meetings Law to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing.
APPEAL #21048 ñ Evangelos Mouselimis; 9 White Oak Drive, Port Washington; Section 5, Block 149, Lot 10; Zoned: Residence-C Variance ß70-100.2.A(2) to install fencing in a front yard.
APPEAL #21040 – Geoffrey Graham; 9 Lowell Rd., Port Washington; Section 6, Block 63, Lot 4, Zoned Residence-B Variances ßß 70-102.C(1), 70-100.2I, 70-102.C(2)(a)[5] & 70-100.2A(2) to construct an in-ground pool in a front yard, a pool enclosure (fencing) in a front yard, a fence in the front yard, and to locate pool equipment in a side yard.
APPEAL #21046 – For Five Port, LLC; 24 Main St., Port Washington; Section 5, Block 126, Lot 215, Zoned Business-B Conditional Use ß 70-139(A), 126(A) for interior alteration to an existing commercial building for use as a coffee shop.

Please include your first and last name, street address, email address, any prepared written comments/questions and the appeal number you wish to be heard on. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker. Members of the public can email written comments or questions addressed to the Board. Written comments must be received 60 minutes prior to the meeting. Questions and/or comments which are timely submitted will be accepted and made a part of the record.
