NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead – Board of Zoning Appeals Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will conduct a Zoom meeting, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 10:00am as permitted by the suspension of the NYS Open Meetings Law to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.The following cases will be called at said public hearing. APPEAL #21008 – Caryn Sawyer; 70 East Gate, Manhasset; Section 3, Block 94, Lot 263, Zoned Residence-A Variances from §§70-30.C & 70-30.B to construct an addition that is too close to the street. APPEAL #20938 – Vohora Realty; 27 Myrtle Street, Manhasset; Section 3, Block 44, Lot 1; Zoned Business-BVariances from §§70-208.G and 70-208.F to convert a non-conforming mixed-use building entirely to residential (expanding a non-conforming use) and additions to the building (expanding a non-conforming building). APPEAL #21013 – Orlando’s Deli; 369 Plandome Road, Manhasset; Section 3, Block 45, Lots 314, 414, 12, Zoned Business-A Variances from §70-103.A, and Conditional Use §70-126.F to construct interior alterations to an existing food use (a conditional use) with not enough parking.
