NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20739—George Liakaris, variances 70-29.C, 70-30.B, and 70-30.C to maintain additions within the secondary front yard setback and to construct additions within required primary and secondary front yard setbacks and exceeding the permitted floor area; E/cor. 135 Payne Whitney Ln. & Country Club Dr., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 146, Lot 1, R-A District.
APPEAL #20733—Northwell Health, Inc. (Signs), variances 70-196.J(1)(a), 70-196.J(2)(b), 70-196.J(2)(c), 70-196.J(1)(f), and 70-229.A to maintain a ground sign not in compliance with a prior BZA decision (#15690) within a required front yard setback exceeding the permitted height and area, wall signs not in compliance with a prior BZA decision (#14654) exceeding the permitted height and exceeding the number permitted on a wall; S/side #1554 Northern Blvd., 456.4” W/of Deepdale Dr., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 145, Lot 29, B-A District.
