Town of North Hempstead​—​Board of Zoning Appeals

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20653​—​Juan Baez, variances 70-100.2.A(4)(a)(5), 70-100.2.A(2), and 70-100.2(A)(4) to erect fencing exceeding the permitted height and beyond the front building line; N/side 41 Harding Ave., 393.11’ E/of Jefferson Ave., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk. H, Lot 410, R-C District.

APPEAL #20654- Anna Shalomov, variances 70-102.C(1), 70-102.2(a)[5], and 70-100.1(A) to construct an in-ground pool, pool equipment and stationary barbecue located in a required side yard setback and pool barrier fencing forward of the front building line; N/W​/​cor. 56 Field Ln. and I.U. APPEAL #20659 ​​ Lambert Street Real Estate, LLC (Wolf Sub-Zero Cove), appeal for determination, or in the alternative, variance 70-202.1(c) and variances 70-196.J(1)(b), 70-196.J(1)(f), 70-103.A, 70-231, 70-103.B, and 70-103.F, to construct renovations and additions with insufficient off-street parking and parking space dimensions, loading areas, parking with no direct usable access to the street, a retaining wall exceeding the permitted height and signage exceeding the permitted vertical measurement and height above grade; E/side. 170 Mineola Ave., between Lambert St. & and High St., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk.
