Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet on the 2nd Floor multi-purpose room of Michael J. Tully Park, 1801 Evergreen Avenue, New Hyde Park, New York, on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20540​—​Linda Schoch, conditional use 70-45.A & variances 70-50.C and 70-231 to permit the conversion of a one-family dwelling to a mother-daughter residence exceeding the permitted apt. size and cooking area size with a second floor outdoor deck and additions and a porch within a required front yard setback; N/side 261 Curtis Ave., 320’ W/of Lindbergh Blvd., Carle Place, Sec. 10, Bl. 35, Lot 101, R-C District.
