HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20633—Josemon Mathew, variances 70-100.2.A(4) and 70-100.2.A(4)(a)(5) to maintain fencing exceeding the permitted height; N/W/cor. 307 Bryant Ave. and N. 2nd St., New Hyde Park, Sec. 8, Blk. 12, Lot 113, R-C District.
APPEAL #20638 Dom’s Landscaping Inc., appeal for a determination, or in the alternative, variance 70-138, and variances 70-145, 70-147, 70-196(J)(1)(a) & 70-203(J) to maintain a change of use from servicing motor vehicles to a landscaping business (not a permitted use) having vehicular entrance doors with an insufficient front yard setback, fencing exceeding the permitted height, wall signs exceeding the permitted number, and vehicular entrance gates with insufficient setback from the street; W/side #141 Herricks Rd., 62.22’ N/of Bedford Ave., Garden City Park, Sec. 33, Blk. 173, Lots 1, 2, & 119, B-B & R-C Districts.
