NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20900 Alexander Litvinov, variances 70-30C & 70-31A to build a portico too close to the street and to build a first-floor addition too close to the street and within the total required side yard setbacks; E/side #126 Mill Spring Rd. 873.93’ N/of Chapel Rd., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 222, Lot 12, R-A District.
APPEAL #20874—Wenjing Wu, variances 70-39.B and 70-40.A to construct a portico which is too close to the front lot line and to construct an enclosed porch which is too large; N/side 121 Park Ave., 190’ E/of Onderdonk St., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 76, Lot 299, R-B District.
