PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 7, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 150 Hummingbird Drive (Nyan Gabriel, Section 19 Block 26 Lot 15), 30 Spruce Drive (Cary and Julie Schwartz, Section 7 Block 260 Lot 10), 85 Ash Drive (David Weissman, Section 7 Block 285 Lot 19), 155 Ash Drive (DL Real Estate Ventures, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 5), 130 Peach Drive (Lori Cohen, Section 7 Block 296 Lot 27), 15 Vanad Drive (Adam Lilling, Section 19 Block 25 Lot 7), 76 Westwood Circle (Tanya Voynovich, Section 7 Block 109 Lot 25), 7 Pinewood Road (Kislay Shah, Section 7 Block 252, Lot 3), 25 Chestnut Drive (Cul De Sac Development, LLC, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 15), 4 Arbor Road (May Viener and Sharone Gamzo, Section 7 Block 203 Lot 13), 5 Palm Court (Kevin Smart, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 17), 30 Hickory Drive (Eric and Amy Altman, Section 7 Block 283 Lot 2), and 40 Birch Drive (Shawn Lerner, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 60), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
