PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 10, 2020 at 5:00 PM the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a meeting via videoconference pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 (as extended by EO 202.55) to consider the following applications regarding construction and​/​or tree removal: 70 Hemlock Drive (Gail Silberman, Section 7 Block 275 Lot 17), 17 Willow Gate (Ami Dviri, Section 7 Block 177 Lot 3), 69 Andover Road (Andover Realty Group, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 23), 25 Chestnut Drive (Cul De Sac Development, LLC, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 15), 21 Woods Drive (Boris Maksomov, Section 19 Block 49 Lot 2), 57 Laurel Lane (Shara Mavroson, Section 7 Block 114 Lot 79), 52 Wildwood Lane (Eugene Lee, Section 7 Block 136 Lot 2). Due to the current health crisis the public meeting will not be held in person at Village Hall (provided that EO 202.55 is extended). Instead the public may listen, observe, and​/​or participate online at www.zoom.us meeting ID number 898 8182 6697 password 025860 or by phone by dialing (929)205-6099. Additional dial in options may be found at www.villageofeasthills.org​/​meetings. In addition, comments with respect the applications may be submitted prior to the meeting by email to nfuteran@villageofeasthills.org. Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection on the Village’s website at www.villageofeasthills.org​/​meetings. If EO 202.55 is not extended, the Public Meeting will take place in person at 8:00 p.m. at Village Hall on September 10, 2020.
