Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 4, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 155 Redwood Drive (Robert Aranov, Section 7 Block 297 Lot 2), 30 Redwood Drive (Lauren Berger, Section 7 Block 287 Lot 10), 35 Flamingo Road (Paul and Natalie Cohn, Section 19 Block 35 Lot 14), 15 Oakdale Lane (Marat Lempert, Section 7 Block 131 Lot 12), 43 Westwood Circle (Xiao Zhong Chen, Section 7 Block 205 Lot 7), 1 Wren Drive (Bruce Guthart, Section 19 Block 45 Lot 1), 7 Vanad Drive (Geri Valauri, Section 19 Block 23 Lot 5), 130 Round Hill Road (Chris Paravalos, Section 7 Block 145 Lot 167), 110 Walnut Drive (Margo Wivietysky, Section 7 Block 263 Lot 16), 165 Poplar Drive (Steven Mashaal, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 11), 120 Sycamore Drive (Adam Hirsch, Section 7 Block 277 Lot 5) as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
