Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on June 4, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 150 Hummingbird Drive (Nyan Gabriel, Section 19 Block 26 Lot 15), 155 Ash Drive (DL Real Estate Ventures, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 5), 4 Arbor Road (May Viener and Sharone Gamzo, Section 7 Block 203 Lot 13), 5 Palm Court (Kevin Smart, Section 7 Block 195 Lot 17), 375 Chestnut Drive (Fred and Mildred Gunzberg, Section 7 Block 264 Lot 17), 155 Sycamore Drive (David and Chloe Granet, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 49), 23 Wickham Road (Susan Berman, Section 7 Block K08 Lot 9), 3 Teakwood Lane (Rachel Poplock, Section 7 Block 251 Lot 1), 58 Flamingo Road (Glenn and Emily Silverstein, Section 19 Block 38 Lot 17), 75 Cedar Drive (Oren Abadi, Section 7 Block 260 Lot 32) 17 Boxwood Lane (Eileen Migden, Section 7 Block 120 Lot 24), 81 Cardinal Drive (Amy Zheng, Section 19 Block 38 Lot 24), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
