Notice is hereby given that American Community Bancorp., 300 Glen Street, Glen Cove, NY 11542 intends to make application for FDIC consent to establish a branch at 799 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park, NY (Nassau County).
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC Office, 350 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10118, not later than September 4, 2018.
The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the nonconfidential portion of the application file will be available upon request.
