NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting held on 14th day of November 2019, the Board of Commissioners of the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District duly adopted a Resolution and abstract of which follows, which Resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:

RESOLUTION authorizing the Business Manager to close the Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund previously established for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Red Brook Pump Station and appropriate the remaining funds therein of $374,808 to the reserve of a new Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Steamboat Pump Station.

RESOLUTION authorizing the Business Manager to close the Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund previously established for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Spring Lane Pump Station and appropriate the remaining funds therein of $441,576 to the reserve of a new Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Steamboat Pump Station.

RESOLUTION authorizing the Business Manager appropriate funds from existing restricted fund balance in the Red Brook and Spring Lane Pump Station reserve accounts in the combined total amount of $816,384 to establish a Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Steam Boat Pump Station. The estimated maximum cost of such is $1,000,000.
