Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 5, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 52 Spring Hill Road (Kamron Abrishamian, Section 7 Block 141 Lot 198), 125 Sycamore Drive (Hoonjea Yim, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 53), 300 Locust Lane (Sheik Omer Farooq, Section 7 Block 179 Lot 14), 215 Birch Drive (Jill Donchey, Section 7 Block 276 Lot1), 160 Chestnut Drive (Josh and Sharon Perla, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 12), 58 Starling Court (Mr. and Mrs. Bloomgarden, Section 19 Block 46 Lot 3), 35 Hummingbird Drive (Todd Gold, Section 19 Block 128 Lot 7) and 10 Wildwood Lane (Mr. and Mrs. B. Sentner, Section 7 Block 136 Lot 7), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
