Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on November 6, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 270 Revere Road (Revere Builders LLC, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 133), 79 Westwood Circle (Ahmad Rateb, Section 7 Block 205 Lots 1 A&B), 9 Flamingo Road North (Royaland Builders, LLC, Section 19 Block 43 Lot7), 120 Sycamore Drive (Adam Hirsch, Section 7 Block 277 Lot 5), 230 Chestnut Drive (Jed Wilder, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 23), 54 Rugby Road (CYS Corp., Section 7 Block 216 Lot 9), 2 Helen Drive (Sandeep Parikh, Section 7 Block 201 Lot 64), 20 Walnut Drive (Patricia Fisher, Section 7 Block 263 Lot 7), and 5 Crabapple Drive (Crabapple Owner LLC, Section 7 Block 263 Lot 4), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
