Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on January 8, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 155 Chestnut Drive (Robert Beer, Section 7 Block 275 Lot 12), 106 Magnolia Lane (Doug Gyani, Section 7 Block 129 Lot 19), 73 Starling Court (Brett and Blake Kogel, Section 19 Block 41 Lot 30), 511 Old Westbury Road (Balwant Singh, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 236), 54 Rugby Lane (Navon Somekh, Section 7 Block 216 Lot 19), 135 Sycamore (Robert Beer, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 51) and 113 Revere Road (Danny Abrishamian, Section 7 Block 118 Lot 513), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
