Jerry Siegelman, a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., has joined the Board of Directors of the Gold Coast Arts Center according to Regina Gil, founder and executive director of the Great Neck-based arts and cultural organization.
Siegelman’s legal practice at the Uniondale-based Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., concentrates on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio transactions, financing, leasing and development with an emphasis on shopping center properties. He routinely counsels clients in the development of retail and mixed-use projects and has handled complex financing for borrowers, including mezzanine and securitized loans.
“Jerry will be an outstanding addition to an already robust board comprised of astute and dedicated leaders steadfast in their commitment to advancing our mission of promoting the arts to a greater audience of people from all walks of life,” said Gil. “His business experience, sense of community and appreciation of the arts will be a valuable asset to the Gold Coast Arts Center, and we welcome him aboard.”
Siegelman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in 1982 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1985. He received a Master of Public Administration degree from Baruch College in 1995.
A resident of Great Neck, Siegelman is married and has two sons. He presently serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Great Neck Estates and is a former adjunct professor at Hunter College.
