NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Kings Point at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York†11024, on 13th December 2021, at 7:00 p.m.† The Board will immediately adjourn for advice of counsel and, at 7:30 p.m., the Board will commence public hearings for the consideration of the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board:††CASE NO. PRBZA20210479 ó The application of 6 Breeze Court LLC (Brian Hakimian), with regard to the premises at 6 Breeze Court, Kings Point, New York, for variances from the following sections of the Code of the Village of Kings Point to legalize illegal construction that violated sky plane limits for a new single-family dwelling:1.† ß161-30.4(B)(1)(a):†to permit the following front sky exposure planes:†Ridge A: 76.75 feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 68.36 feet. Ridge B: 73.66 feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 67.08 feet. Ridge C: 73.8†† feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 67.8 feet.†Ridge D: 71.39 feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 67.28 feet. Ridge E: 70.54 feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 67.68 feet. 2. ß161-30.4(B)(1)(c):†to permit the following rear sky exposure planes: Ridge F: 68.13 feet, instead of the maximum permitted elevation of 61.21 feet.
