1. Section 230-14D(1)(a) Below or partially recessed swimming pools may be erected or maintained in a district only as accessory to a dwelling for the private use of the owners or occupants of such dwelling and their family and guests and only when permitted as a Special Exception by the Board of Trustees after Public Hearing.
