NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. in the evening at Village Hall, 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York to consider the adoption of the following:
Consideration of a Local Law Extending a Moratorium on the Issuance of Permits for the Construction of Docks, floats, piles and boat lifts pursuant to Village Code Chapter 70, in order to conduct a study regarding potential amendments to the Code
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at said time and place of Public Hearing all interested persons who wish to be heard will be heard. A copy of the proposed local law is available to the public at the Village Office during business hours, Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
