PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Ronald Kordvani, owner, represented by Peter Nesfield, architect, for the premises at 5 BROMLEY LANE in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance(s) from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the application for the construction of a new single-family residence:

1. ß575-52: The maximum permitted floor area is 4,000 square feet. The floor area has been increased to 4,558.87 square feet. An increase in the previously granted variance by 237.97 square feet, to a total of 558.87 square feet, is required.

The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 188, Lot 39 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence B Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
