NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK LOCAL LAW NO.5 OF 2021 ENTITLED “A LOCAL LAW ADOPTING CHAPTER 66-B OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK ENTITLED “VACANT STOREFRONTS.”† PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article† 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of† the† Code† of† the† Incorporated Village of Floral Park† (“Village”) and† the Municipal Home† Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held† on September 21, 2021 by the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of† Floral Park on the proposed adoption of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 5 of 2021 and following the close of† the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 5 of 2021 entitled: “A Local Law adopting Chapter 66-B of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park entitled “Vacant Storefronts.”†This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.† DATED: October 1, 2021†BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES†INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK, NY†SUSAN E.
