Village of Floral Park so as to eliminate the annual filing requirement for renewal of Senior Citizen Tax Exemptions for senior citizens who have received the exemption on five consecutive assessment rolls.”PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Inc. Village of Floral Park (“Village”) and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on October 19, 2021 by the Village Board of the Inc. Village of Floral Park on the proposed adoption †of the Inc.
