LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Munsey Park, Nassau County, New York at the Village Hall, 1777 Northern Blvd., in said Village, on MONDAY November 20, 2017 at 7:00pm.
The hearing will be on the appeal of that Mr. & Mrs. Fulton of 274 Ryder Road, in said Village, designated as Section 3, Block 181, Lot(s) 21 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County.
The variance is to construct a new 2 car garage on the South side of Ryder Road distant 205 feet West of Eakins Road, contrary to Section 200-21 in that the storage of automobiles shall be within the main building.
The above application is on file at the Village Hall, 1777 Northern Boulevard, Munsey Park, New York where it may be seen during regular business hours.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
