NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees at a meeting held on April 14, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., via video-conferencing, did duly adopt the following Local Law: Repeal and replace Chapter 85 entitled “Siting of Wireless Telecommunications Facilities. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for inspection at the Village Office by appointment weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. This Local Law shall become effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
