Variance #2 Article IV Residence A District Section 160-14 Dimensional Regulations (H) Floor Area Ration (FAR). FAR—.32 or 3,890 SF Maximum. FAR 4,518 SF Requested.
Applicant seeks to legalize rear yard patio, and erect new roof over rear yard patio and install hot tub and fire pit.
