Learn to Dance the Bollywood and Bhangra Way! Friday, June 18 at 7 p.m. Get up and move with the dancers of Ajna Dance Company! Join us on June 18th for a 45 minute class as we dance through the styles of Bollywood and Bhangra, break a sweat, and have some fun.

Low Back Pain: Diagnosis and Treatment Wednesday, June 23 at 2 p.m. Northwell Health’s Pain Management specialist, Dr. Shaheda Quraishi who specializes in the treatment of spinal disorders will discuss the problems associated with lower back pain which is a leading cause of disability worldwide. Self-Advocacy Skills for Students with Autism Wednesday, June 23 at 2 p.m. The Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism, a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and treatment of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, is presenting a workshop for teaching individuals with autism about their diagnosis and how to advocate for themselves.
