Online Programs are held live on Zoom unless specified. Open to all. No Zoom account required. You may join Zoom events by going to join.zoom.us, and enter the program’s Meeting ID and Password. You can also dial in at 1 (646) 558-8656 or find your local number at zoom.us/zoomconference. Some events have links you can click on in the Library’s event listings at greatnecklibrary.org. For certain events that require registration, any further meeting info will be released by the date of the event for registered users. Check your email before the event. Great Neck Library Homebound Service Available
Library patrons who are unable to leave their home due to a permanent or temporary illness or disability, may qualify for the Library’s Homebound Service. For information, please call (516) 466-8055, ext. 204.

As of June 20, the Great Neck Library Main Building and Parkville Branch will be closed on Sundays for the summer. Sunday resume date will be announced. The Lakeville Branch is closed on Sundays, as is the Station Branch, that is also now closed for renovations.

Levels, the Great Neck Library’s Teen Center will be closed Monday, June 28 to Monday, July 5, and will reopen on Tuesday, July 6 at 3:00 p.m.

This summer, Sticks in the Stacks is sponsoring a hat drive for donating towards Care to Knit Long Island. The organization connects handmade items to charitable organizations locally and nationally. Register to receive tools and supplies for creating hats to donate. 3 hours of community service will be awarded for each hat made. Need help with the project?
