Make Something Good Out of 2020

Repurpose your calendar by creating it into an amazing 3D star. The Stem Lab’s laser engraver can cut out a star shape for you. Learn how to fold it and glue it to make a beautiful piece of artwork. Just bring your old calendars with you. Appointments are required, and are for 1-2 people max. Please state how many people you are making the appointment for when you set it up.

Adventurer’s Watercolor Painting
Teens in grades 7+
Pick up your own Adventure’s Inventory Kit, and draw and paint along to a series of creative prompts. Craft kits will be available for pickup starting January 4 after 3 p.m. so register by January 3 to reserve a spot. Each kit comes with a sketchbook, watercolor set, and brush. All you need is a pencil and imagination.

Is your electrical service providing enough power to your home?
Do your lights dim when the refrigerator or a/c unit goes on?
Are your kitchen and bathroom outlets protected with GFCI outlets?
Do your wall light switches feel loose? Do they work?
Where should you install smoke detectors?
Teaches students how important an understanding of the electrical system in our  house is and how important it is to have it maintained.
If you send Brian pictures and a brief description of your home repairs/concerns, he will address them at the end of the class presentation.
