LEGAL NOTICE
WHEREAS, the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District noticed a public hearing to revise Section 4 of its ordinances calling for a public hearing pursuant to Town Law § 130 on February 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and;
WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly conducted on the time and place so noticed and;
WHEREAS, after soliciting comment from the public, the District Superintendent, engineer and general counsel and;
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of February 14, 2019, upon due deliberation and thorough discussion was had thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion, duly made and seconded be it;
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that Section 4 of the ordinance of the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District shall be modified to include a new subsection (f) which requires the installation of an appropriate Grease Trap for multi-dwelling developments (four or more units) in compliance with an approved Grease Trap Permit from the District.
