Enjoy lots of laughs at New Year’s comedy shows

The Island Now

Long Island comedian and executive producer of the Long Island Comedy Festival, Paul Anthony, has announced the 10th anniversary of the annual New Year’s Laughin’ Eve comedy showcases.

“We’re thrilled that our New Year’s Eve shows have become so popular across Long Island” said Anthony. “The truth is, people want to laugh more, and our shows help them achieve that goal. Research shows that laughter has many health benefits. Our goal is to bring more laughter and fun to Long Islanders!”

The upcoming New Year’s Eve performances feature some of the most requested comedians at each show. “There is literally no better way to celebrate New Year’s then to laugh in the New Year,” Anthony adds. “And the best part is our shows are all early so people can still go to dinner, parties, or go home and watch the ball drop. Personally I like to go to bed after the shows, but the choice is yours! LOL.”
