Members of the Sewanhaka Central High School District varsity gymnastics team competed in the Todd Heimer Gymnastics Coaches Invitational Meet on Feb. 9 at North Shore High School.
Floral Park Memorial’s Emily McKie placed second on vault, sixth on bars and fifth on beam. She placed second in the All-Around for Conference I, while Brigid Hearne placed third on vault and eighth on beam. H. Frank Carey’s Alyssa Nittoli placed first on vault, seventh on bars and third on beam. She placed third in the All-Around for Conference I. Carey’s Sydney Farrell placed fifth on bars.
