TO ALL PARENTS
The New Hyde Park-Garden City Park UFSD is required by the NYS Child Nutrition Program Administration to survey the community regarding parent’s interest in a Breakfast Program. The hours of the program at Garden City Park School, Manor Oaks School and New Hyde Park Road School will be 8:00am-8:20am. The cost of the breakfast is $2.50 daily. You can obtain a survey at your child’s school. Hillside Grade School is exempt from this survey. Please complete one form for all your children currently enrolled in our schools.
