Boys went missing from Manorhaven Town Park: police

Two teenage boys went missing after last being seen at Manorhaven Town Park on Tuesday night, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

Michael Morrissey, 14, and Ethan Librandi, 14, were last seen at Manorhaven Town Park on Manorhaven Boulevard on foot, with their direction of travel unknown, according to detectives.

Morrisey is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a black New York Rangers hat, blue shorts and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Librandi is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.  His clothing description is unknown.

They are presumed to have last been seen Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m., and their disappearances were reported to police on Wednesday at 12:40 a.m.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding Morrisey’s or Librandi’s whereabouts to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.
