NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of East Hills will conduct a hearing on July 20, 2017, at 7pm, in the Hearing Room at Village Hall and consider new provisions and changes to the Zoning Code, Building Code, together with new lighting provisions proposed by the Zoning and Tree Review Committee, all without change to the allowable square footage of homes, aesthetics, or tree laws in the Incorporated Village of East Hills. All residents are invited to attend and testify on the proposed legislation now on line on the Village website, www.villageofeasthills.com.
