LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Russell Gardens will hold a Public Meeting and a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the adoption of the proposed budget for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2022. Please take further notice that all people interested will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.†Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Board of Trustees will not be meeting in person. In accordance with Governor Cuomoís Executive Order 202.1 & 202.10, the January 7, 2021 Public Meeting and Hearing will be held via Zoom. A transcript will be provided later. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live via the Zoom App.†PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can watch the meeting through the Zoom App.† If any interested member of the public would like to provide comments, they can be emailed before the meeting to Christine Blumberg, Village Clerk at clerk@russellgardens.com.
