PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, with respect to the application of ALK-Abello Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to extend the use of existing temporary storage containers at 35 Channel Drive, Port Washington, New York (premises designated on the Nassau County Land & Tax Map as Section 4, Block 123, Lot 4).
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Anyone needing special accommodation pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four business days before the meeting.
