PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to law, that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York on January 16, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050 for the purposes of the following application for a conditional use permit:
The application of 101 Channel Drive LLC., as owner and Parviz Farahzav as applicant for the premises known as 101 Winner’s Circle, Port Washington, New York (formerly known as 382 Channel Drive) for a conditional use permit to use the parking lot at said premises for the storage of automobiles for a car dealership(s). The parcel of land is located in Economic Development B Zone. The parcel is further described as Section 4 Block 123 Lot(s) 18, 20, 23, 24, 43 & 50 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County. The proposed conditional use would be non-conforming to the present Economic Development Zone and applicant and owner are seeking a conditional use permit. The conditional use permit would be subject to any conditions the Board of Trustees may require.
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Anybody requiring special accommodation pursuant the American with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least 4 business days before the public hearing.
