NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens will hold its regular meeting and a public hearing virtually on the 6th day of January 2022 at 8:00 P.M. on the proposed adoption of Bill No. 1 of 2022. A local law to amend Russel Gardens Code Chapter 50A entitled ìTelecommunications:î Section One, repealed and replaced with a new Chapter 50A entitled ìSiting of Wireless Telecommunications Facilitiesî and to consider the adoption of the proposed budget for the Fiscal Year Ending February 28, 2023. The local law if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can watch the meeting through the Zoom App. †If any interested member of the public would like to provide comments, they can be emailed before the meeting to Danielle Pennise, Village Clerk Treasurer at dpennise@russellgardens.com. Comments submitted will be addressed at the meeting. There will be a public comment period during the meeting which will be announced. Please check the Village website for updates.
