SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by David & Toni Romano at the premises known as 182 Park Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as section 9, Block 169, Lot 19,20 of the Municipal Tax Roll, for the following Variance request to the Municipal Zoning Code as follows:
1. Section 230-7H To permit for the construction of a Two (2) story rear extension and One (1) story rear extension, the proposed extension exceeding the maximum allowable Lot Coverage permitted at 25%, the proposed extension at 27.1%.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and said application is available for review at the Village Hall.
