PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Appeals of the Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Christine Joneleit, at the premises known as 58 Campbell Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 155, Lot 139 of the Municipal Tax Roll, for the following Variances requested to the Zoning Code as follows:
1.Section 230-7D A side yard is required along each side of a building, which side yard must be at least five (5) feet in width on each side.
2.Section 230-7H Building Area—The building area shall not exceed 35% of the entire lot, provided that in no event shall the area of the principle building alone exceed 25% of the entire area of the lot.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and said application is available for review at the Village Hall.
