PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Appeals of the Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing as follows:

DATE: MONDAY MARCH 11, 2019

TIME: 7:30 p.m.

PLACE: Village Hall

Williston Park, New York 11596

SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by 615 Willis Avenue, LLC., for the property located at 615 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 166, Lots 150,151 on the Village Tax Roll, requesting the following Variance to the Village Zoning Code:

1. 230-8I (2) Off-street parking ​​ To permit for the construction of a three (3) story mixed use building, proposed retail use on the 1st. floor, Two (2) apartments on the 2nd. floor, Two (2) apartments on the 3rd. floor, requiring a total of Fifteen (15) Off-street parking spaces.

2. 230-8J (2) Requires the off-street parking area for a commercial​/​mixed use building when abutting a residential district, shall be set back from such district a minimum distance of not less than three (3) feet from the property line and provide for a six (6) foot stockade fence, and contain suitable natural plantings at a minimum height of four (4) feet.

3. 230-8L (6) Requires that No multiple dwelling shall be erected on a plot of less than 8500 square feet.’

All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
