SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Binu & Staney Jacob at the premises known as 145 William Street, Williston Park, New York 11596. also known as section 9, Block 656, Lot 59 of the Municipal Tax Roll, for the following Variance request to the Zoning Code as follows:
1.Section 230-11A(3) To permit for the construction of an attached frame garage nearer to the front street line than the required sixty (60) feet, the proposed attached garage requested at fifty (50) foot setback.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and said application is available for review at the Village Hall.
