SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by Robert R. and Frances Mehling for a variance from Village Zoning Code Section 230-7D, which requires a five (5) foot side yard, in order to maintain an existing one story side and rear extension, which now has a side yard of 3.67’ to the Westerly property line, for the premises known as 41 Yale Street Williston Park, NY 11596, also known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 177, lot 33. The premises are located in the Residence B District.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
