SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by Daniel J. Going of the location known as 33 Harvard Street, Williston Park, New York 11596 for the following Variances to the Municipal Code:
1. Section 230-7D—To permit for the construction of a 2-1/2 story rear extension into the required Five (5) foot side yard. The proposed addition requested will encroach into the side yard by six (6) inches or four foot six inches (4’6”) .
2. Section 230-7H To permit for the construction of a 2-1/2 story rear extension exceeding the Thirty-Five Percent (35%) overall lot area, the required maximum building area of the principle structure at twenty-five percent (25%) the applicants request at (28.17%)
All interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place.

1.Section 230-7D To permit for the construction of a Two (2) Story Westside extension Ten by twenty-one six feet (10’ x 21’6”) a portion which will encroach into the Required side yard by six (6) inches or four feet six inches (4’6”).
