SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Peter Andrews Corp. at the business location known as 46 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596 requesting the following Variance to the Municipal Zoning Code:
1.Section 230-8I(2)—To permit for the conversion of the existing Basement Storage Area to be used for the purpose of expanding the existing use of the business to allow for the sale and display of their business products and wares, requiring a Variance for the required additional parking.
