PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Appeals of the Inc. Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing (open to the public) as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by Christopher Scott and Aileen Scott for a variance from Village Zoning Code Section 230-7D, which requires a 5 yard minimum side yard on each side, in order to construct a second story extension and a rear extension, both of which intrude into the required side yard setback, at 101 Fordham Street, Williston Park, NY 11596, also known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 190, lots 6, 7. The second story and rear extensions would result in a 2.25 foot side yard setback. The premises are located in the Residence B District.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
