PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on April 5, 2021 at 5:00 PM the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a meeting via videoconference pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 (as extended) to consider the following applications regarding construction and/or tree removal: 25 Hemlock Drive (Scott Berson, Section 7 Block 274 Lot 14), 59 Midwood Cross (Jared Wasserman, Section 7 Block 259 Lot 13), 370 Locust Lane (DeCarlos Frazier, Section 7 Block 201 Lot 30A), 6 Estates Drives (Qing Chen, Section 19 Block 49 Lot 10), 70 Crescent Lane (Lisa Friefeld, Section 7 Block 132 Lot 1), 10 Falcon Road (Jill Zarin, Section 19 Block 36 Lot 3), 66 Woods Drive (Adam and Lisa Schloss, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 62), 11 Barberry Lane (Seth Gartenlaub, Section 7 Block 129 Lot 3), 80 Hickory Drive (Michael Mamarella, Section 7 Block 283 Lot 7), 82 Finch Drive (Janet Berookhim, Section 19 Block 47 Lot 14), 9 Sparrow Lane (Vidyasagar Vairavamurthy, Section 19 Block 33 Lot 6). Due to the current health crisis the public meeting will not be held in person at Village Hall.  Instead the public may listen, observe, and/or participate online at www.zoom.us meeting ID number 832 7558 0380 password 390825 or by phone by dialing (929)205-6099.
